Respect

After class,I decided to drop by at the cafe.
It's a very peaceful and cold Wednesday.
It's nine in the morning but it looks like its still seven.
A lot of stores were still close, only few of them were open.
When I'm in the cafe, I felt sleepy and tried to sleep.
But when I was about to close my eyes, i noticed this kid.
His clothes were very dirty. I think he's an orphan.
His skin's brown and looks like it's burnt by the sun.
They called him "bugo" which in our dialect means dumb or stupid.
Some school kids same of his age hit him in the head.
But still little "bugo" sits in his chair and looks unaffected.
He still laughs and shows smile to the kids who hit his head.
But I know inside his heart, is a pain that needs a shield.
And a very deep wound waiting to be healed.
Why do people bully someone smaller than their size?
Do they feel more like a man when they see tears falling from somebody's eyes?
For me, I think respecting others is more like a man.
He maybe a president or just a little orphan.
